Q: How long does it take to get my event online and ready to sell tickets?
A: Once we receive your request to sell tickets for an event our staff
reviews it and gets back to you within 24 hours.
Q: Are all credit card and transaction fees included in the service charge?
A: Yes, all fees are included in the service charge. The service charge
is added to the face value of the ticket and is paid for by the customer.
You will receive 100% of the face value for every ticket you sell. There
are no setup fees or hidden charges.
Q: How do ticket purchasers receive their tickets?
A: Ticket are distributed at the event. Depending on the size of your
event, the will call will be handed by either a paper list or an electronic
will call. The will call list is faxed, e-mailed and can be downloaded
online.
Q: When do I receive the money generated by ticket sales for my event?
A: Payment will be made by check and sent by US mail within one week following
the Monday after your event.
Q: In case an event changes or is canceled, how would the promoter and
the ticket purchasers go about getting refunds, and what portion of the
ticket would be refunded?
A:If an event is postponed, or cancelled those purchasing tickets may
request a refund for the face value of the ticket. To request a refund,
those purchasing tickets must forward the original e-mail receipt to refunds@neptix.com.
Refund request must be made within five days of the of the original date
of the event. Unless the event is canceled or postponed, there are no
refunds.
